Claude Code cleanup

This simple client-side tool builds on Simon Willison's Cleanup Claude Code Paste, with two improvements: it handles list items correctly, and it's sensitive to code blocks. I use it several times a day, most often for handoff prompts ('give me a comprehensive handoff prompt for a fresh agent, with all the context it'll need to tackle x').
